  • Send an inquiry with your session type, preferred date(s), and location. I’ll confirm availability and send a simple agreement + invoice. Your date is officially reserved once the agreement is signed and the retainer/deposit is paid.

  • That’s common. I’ll ask a few quick questions about your goals, timeline, and how you plan to use the photos, then recommend the best-fit option (and explain why). You’ll receive a clear quote before you commit.

  • Your quote clearly lists what’s included (coverage time, editing/retouching, expected image range, and deliverables) plus any add-ons (extra locations, additional people, travel beyond 25 miles, etc.). If something could change the total, I’ll confirm it with you in writing before moving forward.

  • Yes. You don’t need to know how to pose. I’ll guide you with simple prompts, natural movement, and small adjustments throughout the session so you feel comfortable and look like yourself.

  • We’ll monitor the forecast and decide together. Depending on the situation, we can adjust timing, choose a covered/indoor alternative, or reschedule. The goal is to protect your experience and still deliver great images.

  • Your delivery window is confirmed before booking based on session type and gallery size. You’ll receive a curated online gallery of high-resolution, professionally edited images with easy downloading and sharing. Rush delivery (48–72 hours) may be available for an additional fee.
